Position overview:
We are currently looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our Training Centre Team. Reporting to the Manager of the Learning Business Unit, the Sales
Executive will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their learning needs, and recommend suitable training solutions which range from Office Trainings, Technical Training to Soft Skills trainings for individuals and organizations. You will also manage leads generated through various channels, conduct proactive outreach, and nurture relationships to maximize sales opportunities. You will also play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell “FRCI” training programs to individuals, businesses, and organizations.
- Identify and qualify leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose relevant training solutions.
- Deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our Training Catalogue and the value of our training offerings.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage recurring business and foster long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate with the team to develop targeted sales campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to review sales strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
- Perform Research & Development for Sales in our context.
Requirements:
1. Education
- At least a Diploma in Sales & Marketing or any related field.
2. Experience
- At least 3-5 years of proven work experience in a similar role.
- Proven success in sales.
- Experience selling training programs or educational services would be a definite advantage.
3. Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
- Strong collaboration skills
- Ability to innovate and think creatively to address complex business challenges.
