Position overview:
As the Project Lead Developer, you will be at the forefront of our most exciting initiatives,
working with a talented team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
You will be responsible for driving project timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring that
our projects meet the highest standards of excellence. This unique opportunity will give you

Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the project's technical vision, goals, and overall strategy.
- Lead the development team in translating project requirements into technical solutions.
- Define and prioritize tasks, assign responsibilities, and ensure the team's adherence to
project timelines. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine project requirements and
- Provide technical direction and guidance to the development team, making informed
decisions on architecture, design, and technology stack. - Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and promote best practices to maintain code
quality and consistency. - Facilitate transfer of knowledge to the customer through training sessions along with
documentation to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of implemented solutions. - Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their concerns and optimizing solutions as and when required.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure solutions remain
innovative and competitive. - Proactively engage in self-learning and professional development to enhance skills and
knowledge.
Requirements:
1. Education
- At least a bachelor’s degree/master’s in computer science, Software Engineering, or related
field.
2. Experience
- At least 5 years of proven work experience in software development with expertise in
multiple programming languages and technologies. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business development tools
- Proven track record of creating and fostering partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and business process optimization would be a definite
advantage.
